Looking out over the River Arno, Ristorante Borgo San Jacopo (1 Michelin star) offers guests the ultimate fine dining experience with unforgettable views of the Ponte Vecchio. Our chef Claudio Mengoni brings his philosophy of true, authentic cooking with ingredients which stand out for their uncompromising creativity and rigour. He melds together flavours, colours and forms to create memorable dishes with a distinctive taste.
Person in charge of the welcoming department taking care of the management of the guest from arrival to farewell, customizing the dining experience according to the requests expressed before arrival and during. In addition, he/she will ensure that the guest lives a unique experience, tailor-made, anticipating their needs and creating a climate of trust, in compliance with company standards.
We are looking for a part time job with 25 hours per week from Wednesday to Sunday.

About you
• Previous experience of at least two years in luxury hotels
• Knowledge of booking systems will be considered as an additional asset
• Fluent knowledge of Italian and English. Knowledge of a third language will be appreciated
• Excellent interpersonal skills and host-oriented approach
• Team working
• Availability to work on evening shifts and weekend
It also requires passion, enthusiasm, customer orientation, attitude to smile desire and elegance not only exterior.
