Il nostro nuovo AKI Family Resort PLOSE ***** aprirà le sue porte il 21 novembre 2024. Per l'apertura, stiamo cercando assistenti & animatori per bambini creativi e responsabili che possano entusiasmare i nostri giovani ospiti con divertimento e gioia. Nel nostro Family Resort, ci sono le famiglie al centro dell'attenzione, che devono vivere momenti indimenticabili con noi.

Le tue responsabilità:

Partecipazione alla pianificazione e gestione di un programma di attività e giochi divertenti per bambini di tutte le età soprattutto a contatto con la natura circostante
Creazione di programmi che stimolino la fantasia dei bambini e incoraggino le loro capacità creative
Garantire un ambiente sicuro e amichevole durante le attività
Assistere e supportare i bambini per assicurarsi che abbiano un fantastico soggiorno presso il nostro hotel
Collaborare strettamente con altri dipartimenti per offrire un'ampia gamma di attività per tutta la famiglia

Il tuo profilo:

Esperienza nella cura dei bambini e giovani
Entusiasmo nel lavorare con i bambini e capacità di entusiasmarli e intrattenerli
Creatività e inventiva nella pianificazione di attività e giochi
Personalità amichevole ed empatica con un grande cuore per i bambini
Capacità di lavorare in team e collaborare con altri membri del team
Flessibilità negli orari di lavoro, inclusi weekend e festività

Offriamo una stimolante sfida professionale in occasione della nuova apertura del Resort, in un ambiente moderno e dinamico, oltre alla possibilità di far parte di un Preopening Team giovane e motivato. Oltre a un ambiente di lavoro accattivante, offriamo una settimana lavorativa con 5 giorni, numerosi benefit per i dipendenti AKI e opportunità di sviluppo all'interno dell'azienda.
